I have agreed to do some sewing of costumes for my son's high school spring production of "Grease" however, I cannot find a pattern that comes even close to that of the jackets that the "Pink Ladies" wore. Does anyone have any idea where I might find something like this? I have searched all of the usual sites, Butterick, McCalls, Simplicity and some obscure sites like 'oldpatterns.com' but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?
What I'm seeing online looks like a zippered baseball jacket. Is that what you're after?

Delete the pockets and the bottom band and collar. Substitute ribbing
for collar/hood. The collar of a baseball jacket is a straight band of ribbing
with the folded edge of the ribbing from shoulder to CF shaped to a near-point.
