I think it'd make quite a cute and kitsch fancy dress idea, but I'm not overly sure what to wear!? I don't want to buy a special costume (apart from a pink ladies jacket!) so what could I wear to make it 50's/Grease style?

Well, you could always rent a costume from a fancy dress hire shop. But, you could wear black 3/4 length leggings or black 3/4 length skinny jeans, and a black scarf around your neck with black heels. Or, wear a black full-circle knee-length skirt, white top with collar, frilly socks and either black pumps or trainers to go for the cuter look, as opposed to the Rizo sexy look.

you could get some black skinny drainpipe jeans and wear them with some peep toe high heels, your pink ladies jacket, and a necktie around its neck. or otherwise you could get a full circle poodle skirt and go for that look. either way go for big hair and red lipstick
